ANNUAL RETURN GENERAL INFORMATION:
Every registered entity has a statutory duty to lodge and pay annual returns to the CIPC on an annual basis during the anniversary month of incorporation. A grace period of a month after the anniversary month is given.
For example, if your CC/Company was incorporated in June 2009, the anniversary month will be June. The CC/Company's annual return will then have to be lodged between June 1 and July 30 every year.
Failing to submit your return within the two-month period will result in penalty fee.
Failing to lodge an annual return for more than 3 years will result in your entity being deregistration.
